Before the meal

Leader: Blessed is our God at all times, now and always and for ever and ever.

All: Amen. The eyes of all look hopefully to You, O Lord, and You give them food in due season. You open Your merciful hand and fill every living with blessing.

Glory be to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Now and always and for ever and ever. Amen.

Lord have mercy. (Three times)

Leader: Christ God, bless the food and drink of Your servants, for You are holy at all times, now and always and for ever and ever.

All: amen.

After the meal

Leader: Blessed is our God at all times, now and always and for ever and ever.

All: Amen. We thank You, O Christ our God, that You have filled us with Your earthly gifts. Deprive us not of Your heavenly kingdom, but- as You came upon Your disciples, O Saviour, and gave them peace- come to us now and save us.

Leader: God is with us by His grace and love for mankind, at all times, now and always and forever and ever. Amen.

All: Amen. The poor shall ea and be satisfied. Those who seek the Lord shall praise him and their hearts shall live forever.
