Imad migrated to Australia in 1988 and has been an active member of the Melkite Church and community for over 35 years. 

Imad leads his dental practice―Krown Dental―with a team of dedicated doctors, nurses and administrative personnel. Together they have serviced the community in Merrylands, Sydney since 1992. 

Imad is deeply invested in community welfare and volunteer aid programmes. He is a Justice of the Peace, member of the Dental Research Foundation, founder, and member of the Australian Christian Friendship Society. He has also served as President of the Saghbine Charity Association (1998-2008), Board member of the Australian Lebanese Association (1999-13), and the Melkite Catholic Eparchy Council (2000-08).
Imad’s commitment to the Melkite Church and community is unwavering.

Imad was awarded the Campbell Harry Graham Prize in Prosthetic Dentistry (Sydney University) in 1992 and he received the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the community and dentistry, in 2014.
